To the Minniefield Family,
Unfortunately, I have been out of town and unable to share my condolences with you until now.
I am keeping you lifted up in my prayers. Curtis and I were a part of LHS Class of '67 and he was truly "good people". He was loved and will be missed by many.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To the Minniefield Family:
Curtis will be deeply missed. I have known him since I was 13yrs old. He was there through everything ever since always telling a joke and getting everybody going. Graduations, weddings, renewals, funerals, birthday parties. I thank God for the time that I got to know him and after I got older I thank God because he passed his love on to my husband and daughter. He was always concerned for us at the times we needed encouragment and we for him. Curtis will always be in my heart. I pray that my niece (Alana) and his family will receive the peace that only God can give. Word Up! Curtis. He knows what I mean. Be blessed in the Lord Minniefield family. May God keep you and heaven smile down upon you.

I will miss my uncle Curtis dearly, uncle Curtis was more than my uncle but my friend. Uncle Curtis was a good listener and helped encourage me to graduate from high school. My "ROAD DOG", just hanging out with uncle Curtis was a learning experience, uncle curtis was so special to me more than he knew and he has touched my life in many ways "I love you" uncle curtis, your body may be gone but your spirit and memories live on in my heart and soul.

To the Minniefield family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Curtis was a special person to all that knew him I will never forget my many rides on the Bike... now he can ride in heaven. Know that God's Word says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Hold on to the many memories you all may have. He is no longer suffering and is in a better place.
