Of Lancaster. Beloved fiancée of Ayla Magliarditi and her son Devin; Devoted son of Daniel D. (Donna) and the late Michelle (nee Springer) Foley; Dear brother William W. Foley and Caitlin E. Foley; Loving grandson of Angie and Richard Springer and Patricia and the late William Foley; Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation in the Twin District Fire Co., 4999 William Street, Lancaster, NY Wednesday 2-6 PM. Our deepest condolences to the family and fiancée of Dan. From his young days when Sean coached him in baseball with our sons, Ryan and Conor, to his high school years when he was a member of the DHS chorus, we´ve known Dan to be a fine young man from a wonderful family. Our hearts are heavy over this loss. May Dan´s memory be eternal.

Dan was an amazing man with whom I shared many fond memories. Whether it was sliding through mud to make a goal in lacrosse, dressing up for scares at a haunted house for charity, or joining me for a round of golf, Dan was one of the kindest, most gentle people I had the pleasure of calling a friend throughout high school. Though we regrettably hadn´t stayed as close in recent years, I was always inspired to see his never-ending generosity and motivation to give back to others, in the form of his heroic career. It is my hope and belief that he is with his mother now, who raised a brave and beautiful man. I will miss Dan very much and take his memory with me.
