Aunt Chris, Serena, Vinny, Johnny & Family - Joey was one of a kind. Looking back, he possessed a depth I think few of us understood growing up in our circle of "the boys of North Buffalo." He made our circle complete - filling it with is passion, his loyalty to his friends, and his zest for life. He was a cornerstone in my adolesence and lives on in some my best memories. Onward Joey, and upward. Shine On, brother!

My condolences to the Calabrese family. I met Joey when I started working at Caesars Palace. He always had a smile on his face and always had a kind word for everyone. He was a good man and shall be dearly missed. May God give you strength during this difficult time.

christine, as you know one of the happiest day of my life was in feb 1989, when i reconnected with joey. joe has touched the hearts of all my children and family . he had a smile that would light up a room. i will miss him and will always cherish the time we spent together. my family also send their love and prayers to your family

chris i,m so very sorry, this is linda lelinski from nx. door on tacoma , I,m so upset of all this. the last time i talked to him he was on tacoma when my dad died so i went over to see him, we had a nice little visit. i,m so glad i did it was great we laughed alot about when we were kids. i don,t know whats happening i,ve lost way to many friends already. he looks so good in the pic. i,m so glad he had a daughter thats a pleasent thing to find out apart of him will always be here. i,m so very sorry for your loss. ny thoughts are w/all of you. vinny & johnny ect. take care linda lelinski

Joe was an amazing person and truly lit up the lives of everyone he encountered. He will be greatly missed here at the Riviera. I will forever be grateful for having had the privilege of calling him a friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his mother, daughter and entire extended family. Please know Joe was very much loved here in Las Vegas.
