Myong Clark Obituary

Clark, Myong S.

Oct 15, 1945 - Aug 20, 2025

Passed away peacefully at Mercy Hospital, surrounded by her family. Born Seoul, Korea, Myong later met and married Harold A. Clark, and together they made their home in Johnsonburg, NY where they raised her son, Chong (Kim). Myong embraced her new culture with grace and determination. She worked at Fisher Price for 17 years, and later at JC Brock. Through her marriage to Harold ended, she found joy, strength and community in her beloved Kaisertown neighborhood, where she lived for more that 25 years. She is survived by her son, Chong (Sandra) Clark; her grandchildren, Ryan (Alyshia) Clark and Lien (Anthony) Weber; two great-grandchildren, Ezra and Nora Clark, who will deeply miss their loving "halmoni". In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family will gather privately for a Celebration of her Life. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the CHARLES MEYER FUNERAL HOME. Condolences may be shared at meyerfuneralhome.com
