Peter CAVARETTA Obituary
Passed on June 12, 2022, at the age of 81. Eldest son of Dr. Salvatore V. Cavaretta MD, a longtime South Buffalo physician, and Marjorie. Husband to Karen. Father of Peter, Mark, Giana, Nick and John. Brother of Paul, Marge and Arlene. After serving as an officer in the US Army, Dr. Cavaretta was honored to have the privilege of caring for thousands of Western New York patients over a 45 year career. He continued seeing patients at his West Seneca dental office until his retirement at age 75. A memorial gathering will be planned in the near future.

Karen I was shocked and surprised Dr. Cavaretta passed a year already. He was a wonderful boss and friends. I still have Peter you and your family in my prayers.

I was Dr. Cavaretta's first dental assistant starting in 1970. Him and Karen came to my wedding and worked for him until I had my first child. He always calm and gentle dentist with his patients and always very nice to me. My sympathy goes out to Karen and his family.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing Dr Cavaretta. We just heard and we went to him for 30 yrs. He was always a wonderful Dentist and a loving person. Our prayers are with his family!

Karen, sorry to hear about Peter. Even though his hands were to big for my mouth, he was gentle, and i always got a kick out of the banter between the 2 of you & the discussions about the dogs.

Dear Cavaretta family, Sorry to hear of Peter's passing. We played golf together at OPPC years ago and had many laughs on those early mornings. We often talked about his father and the ole times in South Buffalo and Ft. Lauderdale with our families history. A very respectable family and Peter will be missed.
