I miss you Warren. You were my first friend. I remember you and Carol rescuing me when I got stopped by the police and found out my license was. Suspended. Then there was the night I called you at the radio station. You were such a good guy Warren. I will never forget you.

I apologize that this message comes a little late. I worked with Warren at the Howard Center. We shared an office for awhile. He immediately made me feel welcome and part of the team. He was very talented at what he did in and outside of work. I was saddened to hear about his passing as we lost such an incredible soul. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, although I never met you, he spoke of you often. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Jessica

It was my privilege to work with Warren in Burlington's social services community. I experienced his outstanding insight, respectful humor, empathy, real help, and support for his clients and peers. He was a gem in our community.

Dear Carol.
I am certain it is difficult to find words duirng this time. Please rest assured that God has an understanding that is beyond our comprehension. I pray in time you and your children are able to heal. As Warren's cousin, our families spent every summer as kids in Far Rockaway. His sly grin was the trademark of his character, I will never forget that. Words are meaningless, but there is Power in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. You have my sincerest prayers and thoughts.

Like the whole of Vermont and beyond, I am very sad to hear of Warren's passing. Warren was a good friend to me at Hunt's and I enjoyed running into you and he over the years. He was one of Vermont's kindest and most interesting souls. He did good work, was a good role model, and who didn't feel better in the shadow of his smile? Dearest Carol,
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Warren's passing. I feel as if I have known him forever and always half expected to see him around any corner. We had this synchronus pattern in our lives. I have such fond memories of him: 7 Burlington Square, Christopher's B-Day parties, FAHC, the Great Zip-Line Incident at the Tailer's, etc...spanning over 30 years. I want you to know that I am here for you and praying for you and the kids. He was a dear friend. I am so sorry.
