Condolences to the family. My father knew him as an attorney and his work with the police force. I went to elementary school with Mary Jo before her move to Florida, but I still remember the family and how kind everyone was.

I´m sorry to hear of Mr. Heath´s passing. As a childhood neighbor I remember him as a nice man. Back in the early 60s we used to play ball in Domhoff´s lot behind his home. Of course we broke a window on his shed with a batted ball. Needless to say we all ran away. I´m not sure if it was a day or two later but we did go see him to confess. He accepted our apologies and did not even make us pay for it. He knew all of us kids in the neighborhood that played ball every day but he waited for us to do the right thing. A valuable life lesson learned again my condolences.
