Audrey Pruitt Obituary
Audrey Ellen (Upton) Pruitt was born in Ingleside, Texas on September 26th in 1937, a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and longtime resident of Aransas Pass, Texas passed away on November 2, 2019 at the age of 82. She was a remarkably gifted and talented person with a passion for playing the piano and played faithfully at her church. She loved to travel and never met a stranger making many lifelong friends on her travels. She will greatly be missed by all of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, father-James Frank Upton,mother-Audrey Upton & Step Father-Wilbur Blissett, husband, Alton Wayne Pruitt Sr. and siblings, Louise Johnson and James Frank (Felton) Upton.
Left to Cherish her memories are a sister, Elizabeth (Upton) Woody, sons, Wayne (Ruth Ann) Pruitt, Jr, Phillip Pruitt and daughters, Barbara (Glen) Gilmore and Beverly Crumrine, Grandchildren, Michael, Justin and Jimmy Pruitt, Steven, Allyson and Greg Gilmore, Austin and Madison Crumrine, Kenna Pruitt, Great Grandchildren Charlotte Gilmore-Adams and Aydan Pruitt
The family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to all of her doctors, care giver's and especially Dr. Cortese and staff at DaVita CC Dialysis Center. We appreciate the loving care and attention that you provided to her.
A memorial service will be held at the Central Baptist Church in Ingleside Texas on Saturday, December 14th at 11am.
