Elizabeth McComb Obituary

'Leighton' Elizabeth McCombCorpus Christi, TXLeighton Elizabeth McComb, also known as 'Leigh Leigh' was the sweetest and most beautiful little girl. She passed away on May 24, 2015, as a result of the flood that hit Wimberley, Texas. Leighton was born on July 23, 2010, to Jonathan and Laura McComb in Corpus Christi, Texas. Leighton was shy but when she gave you a smile and a big hug it melted your heart. Heaven has a new princess! She attended Incarnate Word Academy in Corpus Christi where she loved her teachers and looked forward to going to school. Leighton was a girly girl who loved princesses, and of course Elsa (Frozen). Not to be mistaken, she loved the outdoors and could hang with any of the 'boys'. She loved to go to ballet and gymnastics classes. Leighton was the most darling little girl, and when she would walk into a room she would light it up with her smile, laughter and love.Memorial Services are scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., in New Braunfels at Oakwood Baptist Church and on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church Corpus Christi. In lieu of flowers, family members request donations be sent to Driscoll Children's Hospital Development Foundation at 3533 S. Alameda Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
