Ruben was my Great Uncle and he was a great person. Growing up you could not help but love him. He told story after story and you would believe him. No matter what happened he said he did it so we would not get in trouble. Jason was the apple of his Dad's eyes. I know after listening to Jason talk at the services that he truly has learned alot from his Dad and his daughter is truly blessed with a wonderful father who will pass along some of his memories of her Grandfather. I just wish he could of hung on to meet her. He is at peace now. My thoughts and prayers go out to Aunt Linda as well as Rhonda, Kathy and Lori. He truly was a great Dad.

Uncle RuRu was the best uncle in the world. He was always there when we needed anything. When I was a small girl Uncle RuRu would spend hours with me on his lap while we listened to country music. He loved his family very much and that love was returned double. I will love and miss him always. I'll keep you in my heart here on earth Uncle RuRu and will see you again in heaven. My prayers and love are with you Jason, Linda and the rest of the family.

Ruben was my great uncle. And will be missed greatly. One of the thing's I will alway's remember about my uncle is the story he use to tell us when we were little about his hair and how he came to not have any, was that the indians scalped him and for the longest time I believed him,hey he was very convincing, LOL.. The other I will alway's remember is how as Jason said it yesterday is how he alway's took the blame for all the kid's even if he wasn't there "Ruben did it".LOL. He will be missed greatly. I send my sympathy to the family he loved so much.
