Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mike's family. We always requested that CR Kurtz send Mike whenever service was needed and he always did an excellent job in addition to being a pleasure to chat with. We always enjoyed exchanging travel, pet and life in general stories. Mike was a great guy that will certainly be missed.

I am deeply saddened when I think of Michael passing. I grew up with Michael in our wonderful neighborhood and I have many, many great memories. He spent many of summer nights at my bedroom window with Kirk Hall. The three of us would go snowmobile riding in the winter. I can't believe they are gone. My thoughts and prayers are with the Turskey family during this difficult time. Rest in peace Michael and give Kirk a great big hug!

Mike was bigger than life itself. Always showing up to help with projects or sometimes just moral support. The King of pranks and jokes. I have been away from Massillon for around 18 years, but it was always a warm feeling to see him when we would visit. He had an unmatched talent for being in charge of social activity for the group of us that were close from the west side. He will always be a part of my life for teaching me to take charge and do things that mattered the most to my family and friends. There are no words to express my sorrow. May The Turskey Family and Friends find peace knowing that Mike's zest for all things serious and humorous will live on forever through stories and memories. Love and Prayers to all of you

Words cannot express my sorrow to hear of Mike's passing. I know how hard he fought. He always had a smile and a kind word when he stopped in Bordner's. He was such a sweet and sunny kid growing up, and I think his light was simply too bright for this world. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends and I hope you find solace and peace in this time of sorrow.

Mike was one very special man. In a few short days since his passing so many people have commented to me of his kindness and generosity in helping them in their time of need. He would head out regardless of weather or how tired he was to provide those without heating or cooling so unselfishly. And many other talents he knew to lend a hand with. A more giving guy I've never known. More times than not without asking payment for himself. That was Mike. His love and concern for his family always put himself last but in Mike's mind that was being true to who he was. He has taught many of us how to live through being kind to those less fortunate, a real testament to a job well done by his parents. My sincere condolences to Turk, Norma, Candy, and family. We all will miss Mike greatly.
