James George Martsoukos passed away on January 23, 2021. Beloved husband of Janet Martsoukos; loving father of Rea Clark, Antoinette Martsoukos, Michelle Galderisi (Michael) Kiki Gassaway (Fred) and George Martsoukos; dear grandfather of Alexis Martsoukos, Richard and Kyle Clark, KC Galderisi, Kenny Galderisi, John Galderisi (Ali), Megan Galderisi, Kurt Galderisi and Eric Jerman; dear great grandfather of 3. James is survived by one brother in the United States Pantelis Martsoukos, 4 brothers and 1 sister in Greece and he is predeceased by his brother John Martsoukos and niece Sophia Antonio. He is also survived by Paula Athas mother of 4 of his children and many other family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all. James George Martsoukos was born on May 24, 1950 in Kastanitsa, Greece and passed away on January 23, 2021 in Baltimore, Maryland. James better known as "Jimmy" moved to the United States in 1972. He served 2 years in the Greek Military and when he moved he began his lifelong career in the restaurant business. He was owner of George's Breakfast Delight and George's Food Fort both in South Baltimore and Holiday Diner in Brooklyn.
