June Gauss Obituary

June A. Gauss, 80, of Glen Burnie, died of natural causes April 12 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
She was born June 20, 1928, in Baltimore, to the late Harry Elmer and Maria Viola (nee Geisler) Suit.
She worked at G.E. in Columbia for 10 years and for Bausch & Lomb in Columbia for five years. She enjoyed yard work and gardening, and was an Orioles and Ravens fan.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Edmund J. Gauss.
Survivors include one son, Michael Gauss of Centerville; one daughter, Diana Harrell of Pasadena; two brothers, Melvin Suit of Cambridge and Wilbur Suit of Lakeland, Fla.; one sister, Melva Seaton of Modesto, Calif.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 15 at Singleton Funeral and Cremation Services, 1 2nd Avenue, SW, Glen Burnie, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday. Interment will be in Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville.
