Mr. Smith will forever live on in our hearts and memories. He fought a good fight. We will miss seeing him on his weekly visits. We were fortunate to know and care for him. May God bless him and his family. -PRCU nurses

To the family of Kenneth W. Smith Jr. well know as Big Butler I really going to Miss you Big Guy I remember way back in the days when we was in our 20ty when we use to play tiger football with know protection down on sands road I was running kick off back Big Butler hit me while running and I was a fast runner coming up the middle he me straight on let me say know more after I caught my breath I when to side line I watch the game rest of the day drinking my cold beer that was one of the time I remember the fun I had knowing Big Butler one funny moment I remember of him I want to give my condolences to the family his spirit will live on with that smile he always had it is so much more I could say about my buddy he always call me smitty he truly going to be miss we know that God got him now singing in the Heavenly Choir God Bless you and Heaven smile i on the family
