Jeff, We met a few times at the carnival when Kimmi would stop by the coke booth and we would chat. I am shocked words cannot express how heart sick I am for you. So not fair. Kimmi finally found the love of her life and it was cut short. Please accept my condolences.

Kim and I met working together at All Shepherd Rescue over our shared love of dogs. Over time - and many phone calls about Rescue business, we also became good friends.
Kim was a very kind, loving and generous person and would always be willing to help people, with Rescue questions or personal situations.
She gave very freely of her time to help others.
Kim was an avid follower of weather channels and tonight, with multiple tornado warnings, I half expected to receive a text or call from her telling me to check the weather channel to make sure I hadn't missed an alert!
Kim's two great loves were her husband Jeff, whom she always described as her very best friend and in close second , her white German Shepherd dog, Kody .
Kim and I just discussed rescue business weather and virtually every other topic under the sun! We laughed at silly memes on Facebook and lamented all the homeless dogs that needed help. Despite what she called her chemo brain, Kim was smart curious and had such an inquisitive mind.
Her bravery , grace and courage in this last battle with cancer is something I will never forget.
I , and many others , will miss Kim greatly.
I don't have a good picture of Kim but I think she would appreciate that. I posted one of her beloved Kody !

We saw each other on occasion but spoke over the phone a lot. Kim said after her dad passed, I filled in for him. I loved our long conversations. I will miss them. At our wedding you told Terri you can finely call her Aunt. We will miss you so very much. When we first met Jeff. He felt like family from the start. Thank you Kim for brining Jeff into our life. You are gone far to soon. Love you Aunt Trri and Uncle Joe.

The world lost a wonderful lady and friend, she was always there for me when I was/am battling cancer, when I was scared she helped me get through my fears. She loved German Shepherds that´s how we met when she got her girl Karma. She helped me place a few with the rescue she worked with she was a kind giving person and she will be missed and I will forever be grateful that she was a part of my life. Rest easy Kim.
