Ruth Thiel Obituary

Ruth Delia Thiel (nee Pullen), 90, a 20-year resident of Friendship, died March 16 at the Anne Arundel Medical Center of pneumonia and other complications from influenza. She was born November 26, 1922 in Nampa, Idaho. She is survived by Floyd Thiel, her husband of 70 years; two sons, George and Mark; seven grandchildren, George Jr., Julia, Ethan, Amber, Jon, Madeline, and Holly; and two great-grandchildren, Melanie and Andrew. Ruth's body will be donated for research at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and there will be no visitation or funeral.
