Howard Kapfer Obituary

Howard Joseph Kapfer, III, of Keymar Maryland passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife, Lynn Louise Kapfer; his beloved children: Deborah Weetenkamp, Howard Joseph Kapfer, IV, Mary Werking, Daniel Kapfer, and Lisa Hatcher; and his 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2025 at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 136 E. Baltimore Street, Taneytown (21787). A funeral mass will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 44 Frederick Street, Taneytown (21787). Interment will be private. Online condolences may be offered at www.myersdurborawfh.com.
