June H. Dillon, 93, of Manchester, MD passed away on September 9, 2023 at the Golden Crest Assisted Living. Born April 23, 1930 in Upperco, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth (Curtis) Hale. Beloved wife of the late Jay Samuel Dillon. June was a member of Forest Christian Fellowship and Campside Evangelism. She enjoyed camping and spending time outdoors. Surviving are her three sons, Atlee Resh Martin, Jr (Donna), Michael David Martin, and Larry Alan Martin (Donna); daughter, Linda June Roemer (Paul); sister, Ann Shaw; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. June also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by a sister, Nancy Frazier; brother, Paul Hale; granddaughter, Sadie Ball; and great-grandson, Wesley Martin. The family will accept friends for a visitation held Friday, September 15, 2023, from 10 AM-12 PM at Eline Funeral Home, 934 S. Main St. Hampstead, MD 21074. A funeral service will begin at 12 PM, immediately following visitation. Interment will follow in Forest Ridge Cemetery, Upperco, MD.
