Mary Zikan Obituary



Mary Zikan, 75, of Reisterstown passed away on February 28, 2015. She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Herman and Sarah Lewis. She was married to Vladimir Zikan. She had worked as an accounting manager at the YMCA of Central Maryland. She was a 1989 graduate of the University of Baltimore. She is survived in addition to her husband by sons Garick Zikan and Craig and his wife Diane Zikan; 4 grandchildren. Predeceased by sister Elizabeth Sappington. Family will receive friends at Glyndon United Methodist Church, 4713 Butler Road, Glyndon, MD on Wednesday from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Service will begin at 12:30pm at the church. Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD. Online condolences may be made at www.ElineFuneralHome.com

Dearest Zikan family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mary. I lost my mom 2 years ago. I know it is a very sad and difficult time for you all. God be with you and give you comfort. Our sincerest condolences..love Donna Hansen (Harding) your old friend and neighbor.
