Pamela Remmers Obituary

Pamela Jean Remmers (nee Still), Age 65, entered peacefully into eternal life on July 6, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family. Pam was the devoted wife of Henry A. Remmers III (Bert), loving mother of Eric Remmers and wife Krista and Kristen Remmers, adoring grandmother of her sweethearts Colton and Jameson Remmers. She is also survived by her Uncles Charles & Roy Block, her Sisters-in-Law Linda Hall and Janet Remmers and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in Eternal life by her parents, James E. Still and Elizabeth Still, her Aunt Vera Block and her Brother-in-Law Raymond Remmers. Pam was born in Baltimore on May 27, 1953. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and retired from the Social Security Administration. Family was the center of Pam's world and she took great pride in talking about the successes of her husband, children & grandchildren. She enjoyed attending car shows with Bert, going down the ocean with her family, playing Skip-bo with her parents, watching her grandchildren play and catching up with those she cared about. Pam was a fighter until the end and never let her cancer diagnosis define who she was. She made the most out of every single minute and took time to step back and take it all in. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends that knew her. Visitation with the family will be at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784, on Tuesday, July 10th from 7 pm to 9 pm and on Wednesday July 11th from 2 pm - 4 pm and 7 pm - 9pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 12th at 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD 21157.

I'm so sad to hear about this. I'm a 3rd cousin of Pam's and enjoyed corresponding with her about our families. I was hoping to visit her soon. You're all in my thoughts.
