Beverly Ann Kennedy

1942 - 2024

Beverly Ann (Foltz) Kennedy age 81, passed away at home in Lewes, DE surrounded by loved ones on April 20, 2024. Born May 23, 1942, in Wilmington, DE at the Memorial Hospital, Beverly graduated from Newark High School in the class of '60 and remained close friends with many of her classmates through the years. She was always a member of a United Methodist Church and put Jesus Christ first in her life.

Over the years, Beverly had the privilege of growing in experience and meeting new friends in many career opportunities. Friends were the center of her world, after her daughter who always came first.

She is preceded in death by her parents Gertrude (Laws) and Tunis C. Foltz and brother Tunis C. Foltz, Jr. (T.C.). She is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Broc) Kennedy Silberzahn, granddaughter Elizabeth, grandson Jacob, sister-in-law, niece, nephew, loyal cousins, and was blessed with many friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Lewes, DE with visitation at 9:30 a.m. and service at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation to the Overfalls Foundation in Beverly's name where she enthusiastically volunteered.
