Jeremy Hughes Obituary
Mr. Hughes managed JoJo's Restaurant in Elkton and Chesapeake City. He loved being with his family and enjoyed going to the shooting range, Ali Babba's, motorcycles and putting together LEGO sets.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife, Candace Hughes; daughters, Katrina Marie and Teaghan Jade Hughes, both at home; sisters, Allison Weedn-Hughes, Elkton, MD, and Bethany Hughes, New Castle, DE; maternal grandmother, Mary Lou Brink, Elkton, MD; father- and mother-in-law, Stephen and Belinda Saylor, Chesapeake City, MD; and brothers-in-law, Justin Davis and Lee Davis, both of Chesapeake City, MD.
Mr. Hughes was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Brink.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Harvest Pentecostal Church, 334 Old Bayview Road, North East, MD.

My deepest sympathy to Jeremy's entire family and loved ones! My son went to school with Jeremy throughout elementary school, Tommy Sweetman, and at that time we lived around the corner from him. I just saw the obituary today 7/31 and am so sorry I did make it to the services. Jeremy was such a nice boy. I called Tommy right away to tell him. Earlier this year another of their classmates passed away, Michael Sweeney. My heart goes out to you all, you are in my thoughts and prayers. If I can do anything please let me know Brenda. As a frequent customer of Jeremy I would like to express my deepest sympathy to his family. I am very saddened to know I won't see him any more when I visit JoJo's. I'll be praying that his family will stay strong.
