I am so sorry to know that Carla passed though I do know she was not afraid of the end of her life, for she knew her Savior Jesus would meet her as she crossed over.

The last I was with her was at the December 8th concert in Recital Hall. As always she was ready to praise Our Lord in song and did so in the front row of the balcony with the faithful second sopranos.

Sweet, kind, hard-working and mightily loving Carla will forever be missed by so many, but especially those who waited to see if she would appear at the very next musical event of her life. Her ill health over many years sometimes prevented her participation, but she continually rallied unto the very end.

I worked with Carla at McDonald's. She was so nice the customers would get in line at her register even if other registers were available. She was a very proud mom and a super person. Condolences to the family.
