Bascomb Best Obituary
Bill is survived by his daughter, Jo Marie Best; son, David T. Best; grandchildren, Dustin, Nick and Stephanie; great grandson, Bentley; and many more loving family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ratcliff Best; and son, William Best.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Sharon Memorial Park, Charlotte, NC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sedgefield United Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice.

I had the pleasure of working for and with Bill at Do It Yourself Picture Framing so many years ago. Bill, and his beautiful wife Jo were a joy to know, and just be around. I was a young 20 something, and Bill taught me a lot about running a business, and I have never forgotten his patience. His teachings in those early days have served me well all my life. May he and Jo Rest In Peace, and may their family find peace in your hearts.
