I worked with Dr Witzel at Sova Animal Hospital 15 years ago and still think of him often. I learned so many things working with him. He had such a kind and self controlled nature about him which I'm sure is one of the many reasons both people and animals loved him. There were times when we worked together he would trust me holding an animal my own way while he was treating them instead of the traditional way he was used to which allowed me to develop more confidence and be better at what I was doing . I really value and think of those moments often ..even today. Just a wonderful man and doctor.

I worked with Dr. Witzel at the Sova Animal Hospital after he retired from Cedar Grove. He was an amazing veterinarian and one of the kindest caring people I've ever met. I thought of him today, as I have a number of times over the years since I left Sova's & found this. My thoughts & prayers are with you. He was a wonderful man!!
