I will definitely miss Art. Not only was he my boss but a good friend to me and my children. He had a soft heart underneath the hard exterior.

I met Art while I was being treated for Leukemia at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. I will always remember his gentle spirit and caring words for me during and after my treatment. He would often call just to say 'Hello' and to make sure that I was feeling okay. Whenever I tried to talk about how he was feeling or anything pertaining to him, he somehow always managed to shift the focus back to me. I know he is resting in a better place now, but he will truly be missed.

Without his very generous support of Music of the Baroque and wise guidance of its President, Lucille Ollendorff, in the early years of the organization it could not have endured and reached its present eminence.

Art was a wonderful partner at the Firm--and we enjoyed many challenging [sometimes amusing] experiences together. Like you, I will miss him and his good cheer.
