Dear Mary and all of your children and family, Don was the sweetest and dearest classmate and friend of myself and my family. He always had a smile and that was because of you dear Mary. We all have so many happy memories of family and the St. Gregory High School Class of 1949. One by one God is calling us for another special reunion in Heaven. My heart was with you at Don's wake and funeral. Love, Ozzie

Dear Aunt Mary,

I will always have a wonderful picture of the importance of "family" because of the relationship you and Uncle Don had. We had many happy times with you both. I know you will miss him terribly. I am praying that you find peace and comfort.

The funeral was an amazing experience. To see all of your children and grandchildren express their love was something I hope to see from my own children some day.

You are loved!

Dear Garrity Family,

You can be sure that Don was escorted by St. Michael to the Arms of Our Lord. He was a Happy Warrior. When we worked together in Area 6 he had a smile for everyone. You are all (especially Bryan) in our prayers.
Don, we'll see ya when we see ya.

With great respect,

Dear MJ:
Every day we get to look at the house that you and Don raised your family in. Don provided for his family and was a wonderful father and husband. We will miss seeing him taking care of the house that he had so much pride in. We have a great deal of respect for such a loving, giving, hard working man with not a bad word to say about anyone. Very sincerely and with much love, John and Janet McPartlan

Dear Mary and family,
I am so saddened to hear of Don's death. I first met him when I came on the police department at area 6 youth in 1974. He was always one of the good guys. Always a good attitude, helpful and an all round great person. He was one of a kind. He will be so missed by all. My prayers are with you all.
