Doris Fetyko Obituary
Doris Fetyko nee DeBri, age 81. Born in Joliet and longtime resident of Downers Grove, Doris spent the last decade residing at Villa St. Benedict in Lisle. Beloved wife of Paul Fetyko for 53 years; loving mother of Steve (Kristy) Fetyko and Elaine (Michael) Page; devoted grandmother of Kate (Ray) Smith, Jacob Fetyko, and Isaac Page. Doris was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Downers Grove. She also managed and taught at the pre-school there. Doris was one of the first female IRS agents in the United States and was a successful C.P.A. Doris generously gave of her time with volunteer work at Hinsdale Hospital and at the Indian Boundary Y.M.C.A. When she wasn't volunteering, Doris was an avid reader.
Memorial Gathering Saturday, July 15, 2023 10:00 AM, until time of service at 11:00 AM, at First United Methodist Church of Downers Grove, 1032 Maple Ave. Downers Grove, Illinois. Interment private. Funeral info: knollcrest.net/ or (630) 932-1500.
