Frank Joseph Dube, age 94, beloved husband for 68 years of the late Vlasta, nee Svoboda; devoted father of Richard (the late Pamela) and Eleanor Dube; loving grandfather of Heather (R.J.) Johnson and
Matthew Dube; great-grandfather of Richard Kent and Sophia Anne Johnson; brother of the late Jerry; and brother-in-law of the late William, the late George, the late Edward and the late Elise Hlousek; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Private cremation and final resting place in Bohemian National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Rush University Medical Center for Lung Cancer Research, under the direction of Dr. Phillip Bonomi, 1700 W.
