Please accept my sincerest condolences to all the family for your father and grandfather. I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years as he was such a beloved friend of the Orphan and Selimos families. His quiet manner and demeanor to one and all was his greatest attribute. He and his wonderful wife, Mary, were a charming couple. Hopefully, you will be comforted with the many fond occasions you experienced with him in his life. May his memory be eternal.
Fondly, Mary Orphan

George was a member of a group which met periodically for lunch. He was always a wealth of information and humor. If one looks in the dictionary for the word gentleman, they will see George's picture. He will be sorely missed. Unfortunately I am currently in Athens and cannot attend the services.
