I WAS SORRY TO SEE YOUR DAD HAD PASTED AWAY. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT HE WAS ILL. WE HAD GREAT TIMES WHEN WE WERE IN THE APARTMENT BUILDING ON LONG AVE WHEN DIANNE AND JANET WERE BORN. HE WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS.

It's so hard to find words during this time of grief. But I just want to convey how privileged I felt to know Bob and share the talks we had during his illness and chemo treatments. He revisited alot of his life during these talks such as the bowling team and friends he knew from work. He had alot of happy memories about his family during times they shared. He was a proud father and grandfather.
Everybody had a nic-name like "big Sonny" and "Gammy the second." He had a great sense of humor that will truly be missed. I will miss our talks. God bless him and grant him peace. I look forward to talking to him again some day in our Father's house under the tree of Life.
