Timothy Monahan Obituary

Timothy I. Monahan, of Oak Park, best friend and husband to Kathleen; special father to Sean (Julie), Tim (Sue), Dan (Chris), Ryan and Meg; papa to Kevin; son; son-in-law; brother; brother-in-law; uncle and friend to many. His gentle way touched all who knew him. He appreciated life, love, laughter, song and a good risotto. He was our gift and his wonderful voice lives now only in our hearts forever. Funeral Thursday, 9:30 a.m. from Peterson Funeral Home, 6938 W. North Ave., Chicago (2 blks. E. of Harlem) to St. Bernardines Church, Forest Park (7246 W. Harrison) for 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. Donations may be made to ADA S. McKinley Residential Services, 725 S. Wells, Suite 1A, Chicago, IL 60607. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. Arrangements by Ahern Funeral Home. 708-383-5700.
