Robert Ward Obituary
CHILLICOTHE: Robert R. "Robbie" Ward, 60, of Chillicothe, died 7:20 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at his residence unexpectedly.
He was born June 25, 1953 in Ross County to the late William R. and Pattie A. Price Ward.
Surviving are cousins, Danny (Teresa) Kemper, Scott Kemper and special cousins, Michael and Teressa Kemper, who were honored to have been Robbie's guardian's and best friends for the last 27 years. He was predeceased by his brother, Dale Ward and an aunt, Annabell Kemper.
Robbie had attended Pioneer School, worked many years at First Capital Enterprise and recently spent his days at Frontier Options Day Program, where he loved to be with his friends and help Karen Wilhelm throughout the day.
He enjoyed watching sports, going to the movies and spending time with his beloved dog, Judy Marie and housemate Donovan Workman.
Robbie will be greatly missed by his many friends and family. A special thank you to Frontier Community Services and their staff who provided home care for Robbie over the years.
We will miss Robbie, his caring heart, his laughter and innocence. We find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his brother and parents.
Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2014 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Carol Davis officiating. Friends may call at Ware's from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service on Sunday. A private burial will be held in Springbank Cemetery.

I will always have the special memories made when I spent summers at Aunt Pat and Uncle Bill's house with Robbie and Dale. We rode ATVs, fished, and played along the banks of the Scioto. Robbie expanded my world in such a wonderful way. I'll miss you, Sweetie.
