SHEPHERD
Cynthia S., beloved mother of Michael, Michelle and Adrianne Christine Shepherd. Loving grandmother of Jeremiah and Isaac Shepherd. Devoted sister of Betty (Jerry) Espelage, Richard (the late Ensaf) Eisele, Nancy (the late Larry) Flaherty, David (Linda) Eisele and Robert (Debbie) Eislese. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at 66 years of age. Visitation B.J. Meyer Sons Overlook Memorial Center, 4841 Glenway Avenue (next to St. Teresa Church) on Tuesday from 11:30AM to 12:30PM, followed by Memorial Mass 1:15PM at St. William Church, 4108 W 8th Street. To the loving Family of Cindy....I am so filled with sadness for OUR loss,as I loved her,too...who wouldn't ! She was kind,sweet,loving...with a little bit of mischief,at times,which made me like her more! Her life was not always the easiest,sometimes it was downright awful,but that didn't keep her from holding her head up high,and,trudging forward...for her Family and Friends...for herself! Recently,after a 2 year battle from the effects of a poisonous spider bite (which was almost lethal) she was starting a whole new chapter in life...healthier and happier! But,God had different plans for her! I remember all the things she did for me,and,I know I am a better person for having known her,since our childhood ,at Purcell and W.8th street...and,then,,into our 60's! I will miss not being in her company ,for the rest of my life...definitely my loss! Joy shared is twice the Joy...Sorrow shared is half the Sorrow! We shared both! See you,Cindy Lu,on the better side!
