Mary Ann Neuroth Obituary

Mary Ann Neuroth

Independence - !

Amazing Wife, Mom and Nana, Mary Ann Neuroth (nee Frommeyer), of Independence passed away peacefully at home, Friday, June 1, 2018, with her family by her side. She was the loving wife of Rich Neuroth for over 49 years. Loving mom of Julie Neuroth (John) Wilgus and Molly Brown. Loving Nana of Miles and Matthew. Dear sister of Margie (Robert) Kaufman. Preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Margaret (nee Speier) Frommeyer and three brothers, Tom (Julie), Nick (Sue) and Joe Frommeyer. Mary Ann is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, Gail Frommeyer, Mary Stewart, Mary Anne (late Bill) Neuroth, Bob Neuroth, Marilyn (late Bernie) Schlake, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other family members and so many dear friends. Mary Ann was a Kindergarten Assistant for 21 years at Ruth Moyer Elementary in Ft. Thomas and volunteered for various charities in Northern Kentucky. She loved reading, family vacations and traveling with Rich. Mary Ann's energetic spirit and love of life were felt by all she knew and will remain in everyone's hearts forever. She was truly the light of our family and always lived for others. Mom, you have given so much and asked for very little in return. You were always there to listen to us, teach us and guide us. We will try to live up to the incredible example you have set. She fought a long and courageous battle against Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) with such dignity and grace. You are, and always will be simply fabulous! Visitation will be Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 4:00pm until 6:30pm at St. Patrick Church in Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 6:30pm. Entombment will be at St. Stephen Cemetery on Friday morning. Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft. Wright is handling the arrangements. Memorials are suggested to: Family Promise of Northern Kentucky, 336 West 9th Street, Newport, KY 41071 or The Point/Arc of Northern Kentucky, 104 W. Pike St., Covington, KY 41011. Dear Rich, Julie and Molly,
Although there are miles between us, you are all in our thoughts, hearts and prayers. Mary Ann is shining down on all of you with her dear love. We remember Brighton Street Center guitar group playing folk songs to entertain all the kids at Christmas time. Of course we needed to sing "All Day All Night, Mary Ann! " God bless you all, Tom, Joan, Jennifer and Jonathan
