William Reeves Obituary

REEVES

William G., age 90 years, died peacefully at his home with his family by his side on April 24, 2017. Leaving his wife of 70 years, Shirley Reeves (nee Coorey), father of William P. Reeves, Deborah (Thomas) Tarvin, the late Christina and Robert Reeves, grandfather of Shannon (Michael), Brittany (Whitney), Ryan, Shawn, and Robby, great-grandfather of Hazen, Nathan, Anthony, and Kylie. Bill and Shirley met at Coney Island Sunlite Pool two days after his discharge from the US Navy and remained together ever since. After his retirement from Cincinnati Fire Department, he became a Realtor and then started his own Brokerage Company with Reeves Realty located in Eastgate. He loved his work, partying with family and friends especially at Christmas which he enjoyed so much; this was made evident with his lavish use of Christmas lights. Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Thur. April 27, at 12 Noon. Friends may visit on Thur. from 11 AM to 12 Noon. Family request donations to Hospice of Cincinnati in lieu of flowers.
