TEMPLIN William Louis, 57, of Hinesburg, VT died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 21, 2007. He was born in Sturgis, MI on July 2, 1950 the son of Floyd F. and Helen (Lothamer) Templin. He met Kathleen Hancock, at Marion College in Indianapolis, IN. They were married on August 25, 1973 in Fort Thomas, KY. He later received his master's degree in economics from Eastern Michigan University. Bill was the president of Nordic Funding in Winooski, VT and Adjunct Professor at the College of Business at Champlain College in Burlington, VT. Prior to that he was an executive with Ohio Valley Ameristop Food Mart in Highland Heights, KY for 26 years. Bill was an all around-fun loving guy. His contagious laugh, smile and the sparkle in his eye touched the lives of many. Bill loved spending time with his family. He was an avid fan of all sports. Some of his favorite activities were fishing, golfing, skiing and hiking. He was well read and always on top of the latest trends. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Hancock Templin and his three children, Emily Marie Templin, Andrew Louis Templin and Joseph Michael Templin all of Hinesburg; His father Floyd F. Templin and his wife Marie of Sturgis, MI; a brother Thomas J. and wife Lori Templin also of Sturgis, MI; sister Marcia J. and husband Ken Schmitt of New Castle, IN; 3 sisters in-law and 2 brothers in-law; 17 nieces and nephews and 3 great nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 11 A.M. in St. Jude Roman Catholic Church in Hinesburg. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery, Ft. Wright, KY on Friday, August 31, 2007 at 11 A.M. A gathering will follow for family and friends.
