Alexis Kelley Obituary
Candler - Alexis Gayle Kelley, 17, of Candler, died Saturday, January 28, 2017.
A native of Buncombe Co., Alexis was the daughter of Michelle and Travis Kelley. She is also survived by her brothers, Blake and Christopher Kelley; grandparents, Michael and Gail Czarnik, Billy and Kelly Foti, and LouAnn Wiseman; aunts, Amanda Tisch and Crystal Blanco; uncles, Kenneth Tisch and Matthew Foti; honorary aunt, Shara Scaparro; honorary uncle, Virgil Adams; best friends and pets, Gizmo and Bella; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Arlon Wayne Kelley, and uncle, Ryan Foti.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at Lake Hills Church, with the Rev. Stephen Buys officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family, and the online register is available at www.grocefuneralhome.com.

Alexis was a friend of mine in chorus, she was always a friendly face, a great contribution of engery, and enthusiasm in class. I will never forget that beautiful girl's smile or the way she brought happiness upon the members of our class. Nothing will ever replace her. She will most definitely be missed.. Sorry for your loss. We loved and truly going to miss this bright young lady. She always had a smile on her face. So fun loving to be around. The heavens are very blessed to have a beautiful Angel entering the gates of Heaven. We don't always understand why and keep on asking ourself what could I have done.
