Childhood memories are those we never forget. They stick forever and are the ones that are mostly always happy and fun. And so it is with my memories of John (Booger) as we called him growing up on Crestland Road. He always made me laugh and I enjoyed playing with him and Marty, Eddie, Bessie and Cheryl. Those times were the best!! My prayers are with all the family as you mourn a good man who will be greatly missed. 22

Bessie Ann, Cheryl, Eddie and Marty:
I just heard of John's passing. I am remembering the whole family in my thoughts and prayers.
I remember John from the time he was a baby and blacked my mother's eye. He was a mess, but very lovable. He will be greatly missed.

My dad was a great person to be around. He always tried his best to make you laugh and to cheer you up if you were feeling down. He fought very hard for the past 4 years. I was glad to see him be able to go home for a few months where he loved to be with his cats before his passing. I know you are in a better place but I will still miss you daddy!

Daddy you will never be forgotten and will always be in my heart! I am so glad we was able to spend the past few years together, we have made some really good memories. You always knew how to make me laugh when I was down, how to pull the perfect prank, make people smile, give to others, help others in need, and of course knew how to sell anything! I'm going to miss our 2-4 hour phone calls just talking about old times or just watching tv together. There isn't enough words I can say on how I miss you every second of the day since you been gone but I know you are in heaven, not suffering, and running around like a wild child playing pranks, jokes, and watching over me. I will always love you and cherish our time together and I'm glad I was able to keep voicemails on my phone where you had called me. Love u so much daddy I miss you!

Booger was my childhood friend. We had a lot of good times together. He had a great since of humor. He made me laugh and I always enjoyed talking to him. He amazed me of all the ways he had to make money and to make deals. He had a natural gift for that. I enjoyed going to see him and watch him even work from bed. Marcia and I would bake chocolate chip cookies for him. His face would light up when we came in. He will be surely be missed but never forgotten. Are thoughts and prayers are with the family.
