I just found out about Dave's passing. I met Dave at Manhattan College in 1965 when he was a freshman. He was interested in weightlifting and joined me at the school and at the Eastside Weightlifting Club on the upper east side in manhattan, NYC. We lifted weights together for a number of years and met each other in Lower Manhattan a few times after he graduated from Manhattan College in 1969. We lost track of each other in the early 1970s and I left NYC in 1975. I had tried numerous times over the last 20 years to find Dave through internet searches without success. I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Rest in God's love.

I worked with Dave in the Water Structures Program for many years. He would call the office just to talk and keep in touch. I hadn't heard from him for quite a while but wasn't really prepared for this. Christina and Brian - I am soooo sorry for the loss of your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. Friend & Co-Worker, Jean Darrah

I worked with David at the Division of Water Resources and considered him a friend. The obit didn't mention that David was a pool player. He really enjoyed the game and participated in league play at Terry's Billiards back in the days. My sympathy to David's family and loved ones.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any mans death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
