Jennie,Erin and Lauren,
I will always remember my runs me and Jim had at his house by the lake and in Topeka.He would always tell me a funny story and I will always remember his smile.His love for KU basketball was intense and he is now on Gods home court to be with me in spirt each time they play.He will be missed!

Jennie, Erin. And Lauren,
My condolences to you all. It was over 40 years ago when I met Jim through the folk group. We clicked right away...must have been that bright white belt and platform shoes from Mr. B's.
I remember the practice when he told me of this girl, Jennie.....he got that goofy grin on his face, and the rest, as they say, is history. Jennie, you had him at 'Hello'....and I have been blessed to have your family in my life. Favorite memories....had to be the Sister Act medley at Summerfest (how scandalous was that!) followed closely by the night you sang 'When I Fall In Love' at a karaoke night...
I know one thing for sure....Jim so loved you all. I also know that he will be with you always. Love and prayers,

Jennie, Erin, & Lauren:
My most memorable thought of Jim speaks about the kind of man he was. From day one Jim always, called me Madea,(MY Spanish Name) not Maria. This tells me that Jim was, considerate of others, loving of you, had a powerful will, accepting of your family, and as you and everyone knows, so much more.

"Jimmy" was my cool, fun older cousin growing up. He was always kind to me and treated me with respect even though I was just a little kid. As adults we reconnected on Facebook. Very sorry for this loss.
