Dear Ortiz family, I hadn't seen uncle Nick in a long time. Since Aunt Rachel died. I'm very sorry for his passing. He's at rest now. He's up there with all his friends, relatives, and our good Lord and His family. May God Bless Uncle Nick and all of you.

To Aunt Helen and my Ortiz Family,
Hold on to the memories and he will forever be in our hearts. He is with his parents,siblings and loved ones who have went on before him. He is painfree. I am grateful for all the LOVE he has showered on me and my family through out my life. Especially when my father passed. All the pictures that he gave me, his support and the last talk that we had. To my cousins his legacy lives on though his grandchildren and of course his cookbook. Everytime I see a cooler I think of him with his pop. I love you Uncle Nick.
