Frances was such a sweet, sweet person and a dear friend of our sister, Katherine Ingram. A true Southern lady, but with a sprinkling of mischief in her eyes.... She was certainly an asset to the Delta, and she will be missed. From the Spencer girls, Doris Reedy, Willie Ruth Savell, Joyce Anthony and Mary Ann Wood.
