I had the pleasure of working for Dr McCune from 1996 through 2000. He gave me a job when I needed it the most. Through his company I was able to join my friends in jackson MS. and also get my permanent residency in USA. We prayed at the mosque every friday together and also enjoyed many gatherings he used to invite us. May Allah give him a place in heaven and peace to his family and friends. Aameen

It's been years that I've cross paths with Dr. McCune and Ellen, as they used to have a clinic in Flora, MS. I hate that I lost touch with him, as he was a visionary in his desire to implement "telemedicine" and his zeal for the community of Flora. I wish his family all the care and comfort of the Lord during this time, and he truly touched my life in his many aspects of being the great great man that he was.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of a great intellectual genius. His zeal for helping people improve their lives by eating right and exercising will forever be appreciated by everyone who participated in the MOD Life program at Jefferson Comprehensive Health Center. He definitely affected my life and my husband's life and health in the most positive way. God bless you as you go through this difficult time.
Sincerely,

I am deeply saddened to learn of the death of Dr. Frank McCune. I worked with Dr. McCune in Canton, MS at the former Madison General Hospital, which later became Madison County Medical Center. Dr. McCune was passionate about this love of medicine and was a very caring physician, but most of all, he was a great friend to all who knew him. His patients loved and respected him as did his colleagues and friends. Dr. McCune will be deeply missed and it was a pleasure to have known him and to work so closely with him. My heartfelt sympathy to his family.

Dr.Frank McCune Family(lies):
It was shocking to hear of the loss of our friend. Our mother, referred to Dr. McCune as "her boy." Our family appreciated and had the utmost of respect for him because he always responded when Mr. and Mrs. Funches(mama and daddy) required/requested his medical services. Thanks to Dr. McCune and his family for sharing with us all these years. We will always remember him and our thoughts and prayers are with all of your family members at this time. Cherish your many happy memories with Frank. God Bless all of you!
