NORFOLK - Jeffrey “Jeff" Scott Brandt, 43, of Norfolk, formerly of Wayne, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2006, at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Our Savior Church in Wayne. Burial is at Greenwood Cemetery in Wayne.
Visitation is from 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Schumacher-Hasemann Funeral Home in Wayne.
Jeff, son of Irvin and Shirley (Gildersleeve) Brandt, was born Nov. 20, 1962, at Lincoln. He attended grade school in Wayne, graduated from Wayne-Carroll High School in 1981, and received his bachelor of arts degree from Wayne State College in 1985. Jeff then moved to Omaha where he pursued a printing career. He was currently working as a green fiber technician at Marathon Press Inc. in Norfolk. Jeff was also a volunteer at the Link. He enjoyed drawing, playing golf, watching football, baseball, and sports in general.
Survivors include two brothers, Steve (Lisa) Brandt of Fremont and Mark (Kim) Brandt of Columbus; five nieces and nephews, Chris, Andrea, Ben, Kelsie, and Samantha; his fiancee, Kelli Schroeder of Norfolk; uncle, aunts, and cousins.
Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
