In loving memory of a wonderful person.
Way back in 1975 when we met at UT, Chuck was cool. Even when upset or hurt, he might say one word...then, he was cool and calm again. The Chuck I remember always travelled above '"C" Level' (above the circumstances). Whether he was rollin' in the Granada or cruisin' on his bike - he was cool. He was comfortable with who he was no matter who he was around or what was going on. He was a great friend and roommate then and friend down through the years. We always liked to see his smile and eyes light up when he would talk of Connie or mention her name. He loved him some Connie (sho' you right - I know I'm right). Connie, thanks for lovin' my friend. When we would talk as the years pased by, it was always great to hear him talk about the family and get an update.
Connie, Mom, sons - give me a call anytime you want to talk to me about my friend "Chuck".

We miss you so much, but we understand it was your time to go. I am very happy for the memories we shared. I remember one of the happiest moments was when we all went to the beach and collected shells. You are never forgotten as long as we share those same memories and in time we all shall meet and be together again. For now let us remember and cherish. Thank you chuck.

Ruth, Connie and kids, we all loved Chuck and will miss him. He was a good man, and accomplished everything God needed him to do. It's his time to go home now. I loved my big cousin, and I'm praying for God to comfort you all. He was truly and inspiration to our family. Love Always,
