Darlene "Penny" Beeson Crossett Chrestman, 76, of Nesbit, MS went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 5, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Chrestman, her son, Todd Crossett and her parents, John Brady and Juanita Tharp Beeson. Penny is survived by her son, Steve Crossett (Carol Ann) of Horn Lake, MS; three stepdaughters: Nancy Thomas (Tom) of Walls, MS, Kelly Bursi (Chris) of Hernando, MS and Judy Wessels (Chris) of Collierville, TN; her sister, JoAnn Harding (Ken) of Memphis, TN; two nephews; also five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Penny retired from WHBQ Channel 13 /Fox 13 after 42 years as Credit Manager. She was a member of Heartland Baptist Church in Southaven. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, October 8, with service 10 a.m., Monday, all at Forest Hill South.
