Cameron Welch Obituary

Cameron Patrick Wade Welch, age 20, passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2021. Born in Concord, Cam was the beloved son of William Welch and Christina Foote and her husband Robert.

He was raised and educated in Epsom and for a time, was also raised by Michael Fifield.

Cam greatly enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his work as a landscaper and had a special affinity for shoveling. He enjoyed playing basketball as well as watching his brother's basketball games. He also liked four-wheeling and especially cherished the time he spent with family and friends. Dogs also held a very special place with Cam and led to him being nicknamed "Camdawg." He had a huge heart and loved to help people.

Cam is predeceased by his grandparents William and Patricia Welch, Louis DiBernardo, Donald and Sandra Orman, and William Hudson. In addition to his parents, Cam is survived by his biological parents Patrick and Terri Orman, his grandparents Dan and Dianne Crean, and Dorothy Hudson as well as his many siblings: Karah Duval and her husband Tyler, Kathryn Kenyon and her partner Ryan Fennelly, Karly Welch and her partner Jon Nash, Patrick Welch and his partner Keerstyn and Heather Laporte and her husband Nate, Amber Orman, Kayla Orman, Madeline Hayden, Alexa Hudson and Damien Marden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends who he loved immensely.

In light of the times, a socially distanced celebration of His Life will be held on 2/13/2021 at the Hooksett American Legion from 1pm-4pm. Masks are mandatory.

Oh CamCam my heart hurts. I truly enjoyed you as a small child hanging out at the gym. I am forever grateful we reconnected a while ago. I enjoyed our many conversations and laughs. You truly made me laugh...even when you frustrated me. I will miss you teasing me about being “just Justin’s mom”, I will miss your smile, laughter and stories.

I am Maddy Hayden‘s across the street neighbor and Maddy shared the sad news today with me. I am so sorry for your loss. I do notice though, that Maddy‘s daughter, Faith, who is eight years old, resembles Cameron. I hope his kindness and love of family and friendS and love for animals continues in Faith. As a person who is also adopted and loves my adopted parents immeasurably, I will be keeping you in my prayers for I know the love you as Cameron’s adopted parents and him will always have for each other.
