Louise Brooks Obituary
Newbury, NH - Louise Brooks, 77, of Gillingham Drive, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023 with her loving husband, John, at her side. Louise and John had shared 33 years of a very loving and devoted marriage.
Born in Beverly, MA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine Ewaschuk.
Louise held a variety of jobs, from receptionist to administrative assistant before her retirement.
Her life then was devoted to family and helping others, with John always at her side. Her favorite past time was creating her flower gardens. When in bloom, they brought her much joy and peace.
In addition to her husband, John, she leaves her children; Tammy (Steve) Heiser of Newport, NH, Michael Coburn (Shirley Frost) of Owls Head, ME, John Brooks, Jr. (Liane Hoyt) of Northfield, NH, Gwen (Jeffrey) Dunaj of Edgewood, NM and Debra Johnson of Springfield, VT; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her brother, Walter R. Ewaschuk of Beverly, MA; her sisters, Patricia Ronan of Danvers, MA and Barbara Kolodziej of Danvers, MA; nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Marge and Bill for all they have done for Louise and John.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Private burial will be at the NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
To honor Louise, please extend an act of kindness to someone. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or Shriner's Hospital.
