I am so very sorry for the loss of Phil. He was my supervisor until 2012 when I left collections. During my time on his team, he was kind, compassionate, generous and one of the best managers I have experienced. He was so supportive of me and I truly thank him for pushing me to grow. I don't know that I would be where I am had it not been for Phil. I fondly remember him sharing stories, his honest and genuine manner, and his ability to share knowledge. My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Barbara (Mrs. Gourley, as Phil used to refer to her) and Ian. My thoughts and prayer are with you and your entire family during this truly tragic time. May he rest in eternal peace.
